The Western Lands Project's website is intended to serve as a tool for individuals to learn about public land deals and the ways you can respond to them. Information is exchanged between our server, online users and their browsers. You may be asked to list your name, address, and other information. Personal Information: In some places on this site you may be asked to voluntarily list your name, address and other contact information. We will use this information as requested by you on the form and only contact you in the ways that you specify. All of this information is confidential and will not be shared with any party.
Users who sign up for our e-mail lists will receive regular communications that are explained on the sign-up page. We never share e-mail addresses with other organizations, unless you ask us to.
If you join the Western Lands Project or make a donation, we will add you to the mailing list for our quarterly paper newsletter and intermittent direct mail fundraising appeals. You can opt out of any of these options at any time by sending an email to e-news@westernlands.org.
